Avocado oil holds vitamins such as vitamins A, E, C, and D as well as folic acid, oleic acid, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. Additionally, avocado oil is also thought to have antioxidant properties that may help to protect the skin from environmental damage. Consequently, this means that avocado oil is a great option for dry and aging skin.
